How to ask for a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email Plumb-Tech at rusekmichael@icloud.com and we'll help.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Paddle's refund policy also applies, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
